Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Royal Media Entertainment.
  2. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
  3. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
  4. Orders placed in Royal Media Entertainment will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Royal Media Entertainment account if the order is non-deliverable
  5. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
  6. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
  7. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.


Depreciation & Lifetime Service Policy

For services labeled as “lifetime,” the term refers to the practical service duration based on provider support and industry standards. For calculation purposes, lifetime services considered over a fixed period for Max 5 years .In case of service disruption, refunds (if applicable) are calculated based on usage and depreciation:
Example: If a service is considered for 5 years and has been active for 3 years:

Used value = 3/5 = 60%
Remaining value = 2/5 = 40%
Eligible refund may be up to 40%, subject to provider limitations and operational costs.


Therefore, only the remaining unused value may be considered for refund or adjustment, subject to provider availability, operational costs, and technical feasibility.


Additionally:

  • Services already used for a substantial duration cannot be treated as unused or fully refundable.
  • We are not liable for provider shutdowns, platform policy changes, algorithm updates, account actions, or discontinuation of third-party systems.
  • Any goodwill refund, replacement, or adjustment provided beyond provider compensation is considered voluntary support from our side and not an admission of liability.
